摘要
Product competition is depended on the each process success of product designing which contains complicated designing. A good many scholars promotes some design method. But each method applies to one problem in a certain phase of product innovation designing, and contains insufficiency. Therefore the only solution is to integrate all the variety of methods. HOQ (House OF Quality) is a good method which establishes the relationship between user and designer. But it can't solve conflict between technology parameters. TRIZ ((Russian Abbreviation:Teorijz Rezhenija Izobretatel skich Zadach is very powerful method to solve the contradictions and obtains innovation. And TRIZ can only gives principle solutions. The paper integrates to use the above methods to design successfully force sensor of testing apparatus for micro-friction. Test shows its dependability and precision of designing project is very high. So reliability and feasibility of integrated technology of HOQ/TRIZ is very strong.
