Synthesis of CdS nanocrystals controlled by polyvinyl pyrrolidine matrix at room temperature

摘要：
CdS nanocrystals with cubic phase were sytnthesized using PVP as template and stabilizer. The average sizes of the CdS synthesized with different amount of PVP were measured by PCS. Strong quantum size effect was obtained in the as-prepared CdS nanocrystals. The PVP molecules bond the CdS nanocrystals strongly and linked the nanocrystals to form large particles.
