摘要
Corporate social responsibility (CSR) has received great attention in recent years. As a core part of corporate governance, does shareholding of institutional investors (II) indeed have effects on CSR? Taking the companies which listed between 2012 and 2013 and issued CSR report as an example, this paper studied the effects of institutional investors' number and shareholding ratio on CSR. The result shows that both of them have significantly positive influence on CSR.
