摘要
This paper studies design and implementation of precision marketing system on business platform of telecom network package, and proposes the analysis and mining technology based on distributed processing technology, for massive business payment data. Then the mining results are applied to final scheme of precision marketing strategy implementation. The scheme uses K-Means to segment users-based business payment characteristics and it analyzes significant characteristics and preference business of each segmentation users' group. When it performs precision marketing recommendation on target users, they will match the most approximate segmentation users' group. Then, it will recommend this target users to preference business and strong correlation business of segmentation users' group. Finally, Hadoop is used for parallel realization on algorithm and each data mining algorithm is operated in distributed environment. On-line feedback data shows the method in this paper significantly improve users' acceptability of recommended business and active usage.
