摘要
The effect of pre-irradiation of KrF laser (248 nm), as a coherent UV source, on the polycarbonate has been investigated to study the detector characteristics due to the corresponding morphology alterations. The registration efficiency and the mean diameter of alpha tracks are determined at several UV doses. (C) 2003 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
