摘要
According to known analytical models for surface stress f and surface energy gamma, f and gamma of some metals have been calculated. In terms of the calculations, the reconstruction possibility associated with the quantity of (f-gamma)) for (111) facet of nine fee metals is predicted. The results are in agreement with other theoretical and the experimental results. (c) 2005 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
