摘要：
The paper analyzed links between customers of telecommunication service from prospect of complicated networks. Structure character of scale-free of telecommunication service product was examined by testing method. The paper discussed evolved structure model of telecommunication's customer complicated networks based on customer service and value-added service. Based on analysis above, the author forwards management decision of telecommunication's customer complicated networks based on customer service and value-added service.
