摘要
The contribution introduces modeling of human interaction with formalizable systems. Core of the work is an engineering oriented modeling approach. The interaction is modeled using a situation-operator modeling (SOM) technique. The strong relation between human interaction, planning, learning and human errors will be shown as well as the connection to related mental representations. Copyright (C) 2000 IFAC.
