Research on the Potentials of Rural Residential Area Land Consolidation -A Case Study in Langfang Yongqing City of Hebei Province

In the rural areas of China, the residential construction land is loosely scattered, the average construction land per capita is above our standard, the land waste is serious. Therefore, it is urgently needed for us to regulate the rural residential land. Through our analysis of the status quo of the rural residential land in Yongqing Langfang, we have predicted the potentials of the rural settlements land use in this county, the result of which indicates it has great potentials for us to regulate its residential land use. Combined with its actual status quo, we have proposed some countermeasures and suggestion to fully explore its potentials, which will benefit other areas.
