摘要
Ten years ago, a structured service for information monitoring (RSS feeds/alerts) was set up at the Institut national de sante publique du Quebec (INSPQ). The success of this service relies essentially on the combination of the scientific advisors' expertise on public health, along with the methodological and technical knowledge of the technical resources team. This article intends to share monitoring support practices currently underway at INSPQ. Following contextual information on INSPQ, its technical resources team and the institutional vision regarding information monitoring, we describe our methodology and the tools used to build the said monitoring systems. These two main spheres, methodological and then technological, are explored alternately in the six stages of the monitoring's theoretical framework: planning, identification, collection, analysis and management, dissemination and evaluation.
