摘要
A novel Ni-based ODS alloy with ultrafine grained structure is prepared via spark plasma sintering. In situ solidstate reaction occurs between the oxide nanoparticles Cr2O3 and the alloy matrix, generating coherent Al2O3 oxide dispersoids and high content of low-angle grain boundaries in the alloy ODS-2Cr. Comparing to the ODS alloy with directly added Al2O3 (ODS-2Al) or Y2O3 nanoparticles (ODS-2Y), ODS-2Cr alloy presents over two times higher oxidation resistance, in addition to the improved comprehensive mechanical properties. The in situ formed alpha-Al2O3 dispersoids induce epitaxial growth of alpha-Al2O3 scale at surface, while prevent formation of less protective oxides of NiCr2O4 and TiO2.
