摘要
Introduction. In the care of pediatric oncology patients, nurses face situations that impact their work and personal lives. Purpose. To know the experiences of nursing professionals in the care of pediatric patients with oncological diseases. Methodology. A qualitative design was used, with a phenomenological approach, the study population was nurses, who were given an-interview with questions focused on professional, emotional, spiritual and communication aspects, the information was analyzed in the Atlas Ti. Outcome. The information was analyzed through a categorization that allowed coding the results. Conclusion. Professionally, nurses develop knowledge and skills through work experience,
