摘要
The present article investigates the current teaching modal problems in college English classroom teaching and sets up a theoretical framework for the selection of the appropriate multimodal discourse to inspire the students' learning enthusiasm on the basis of the conception of the theory of multimodal discourse analysis and the conception of teaching. It first studies the ways to pour multimodality teaching methods into the process of cooperative teaching, that is, collective multimodal lessons preparation, the comments on multimodal public class, and so on; then it investigates how to select and design the modality system in English classroom teaching, illustrating the multimodal teaching design principles; finally the article studies the possible multimodal assessment and learning feedback after class.
