摘要
AC Electrical properties of PC films were studied in the frequency range 0.05-100 kHz, at temperature ranges 20 degrees-200 degrees C. This study indicates a relaxation peak a in PC films at approximately 145 degrees C with a high magnitude. The capacitance is almost constant over a wide temperature range, up to about 140 degrees C. In PC films, loss-factor versus frequency plot suggests that PC film capacitors will be useful below 100 kHz.
