摘要：
A new architecture of a CMOS voltage-controlled current conveyor is introduced. The conveyor satisfies the matrix-relationship of the second-generation conveyors and exhibits high frequency, low power consumption, low noise, and small chip area as well as simple parameter-adjustment mechanism, so it can compete with BJT and BiCMOS conventional conveyors in different applications.
