Preparation of porous n-BaTiO3 ceramics by adding polyethylene glycol

摘要
Porous n-BaTiO3 ceramics were synthesized by adding poly (ethylene glycol) (PEG). The PEG of 1-20 wt% was added to the n-BaTiO 3 powders and then mixed in a mortar for 1 h. It was found that as the content of PEG in n-BaTiO3 ceramics increased, the porosity and grain size increased and decreased, respectively. The room temperature electrical resistivity of the porous n-BaTiO3 ceramics containing PEG was higher than that of n-BaTiO3 ceramics without PEG.
