摘要
We performed micro-infrared spectroscopy measurements on organic semiconductor layers used in organic field effect transistors (OFET). The enhancement of vibrational modes of the polymer poly(triarylamine) (PTAA) and a small molecule measured at metallic structures were investigated in the mid-infrared spectral region from 800 up to 3200 cm(-1). Therefore the signal intensities of certain vibrational modes of the materials measured on an edge or a corner of the metallic structure (silver or gold) were determined and compared to the intensities without any metallic structure. The obtained signal intensities are above the geometrical expected ones but below or equal to the reference measurements without any metallic structure.
