摘要
Entrepreneurship has grown considerably in society and many universities have opted for an entrepreneurial education as part of their academic competencies. The purpose of this article is to reflect on these competencies, through theoretical foundations that support the development of a pedagogical model for the formation of entrepreneurship competencies in students of the Business Management career at the Technical State University of Quevedo. The subsystems that make it up, as well as the relationships established among its components, are explained and substantiated. It should be noted that the proposed model is of a pedagogical nature and it is concretized in the process of training by competencies and has an impact on the professional development of the student by contributing to the development of empowerment for entrepreneurship.
