摘要：
In order to improve on the petroleum company trade ERP, in the paper, Intelligent Autonomous Decentralized Enterprise Resource Planning (IADERP) is proposed, It is the development based on the combination of Intelligent Autonomous Decentralized Systems(IADS) and Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP). The methodology and technology based on multi-agent and mobile agent for design and implementation of IADERP are discussed.
