摘要
To increase the selectivity of SnO2 sensors for CO, Pd is added to the SnO2. Different Pd compounds are used in different amounts and the addition of Pd is carried out at different steps of the production process. It is shown that the way of doping has a major influence on the sensor response, although all doping methods lead to an increase in sensor response.
