摘要：

With the rapid growth of electronic commerce, there is growing demand and great potential for online negotiation services. This paper focuses on the intelligence e-negotiation research based on web, and applies agent technique in business negotiation. Existing web based negotiation support systems separate the solution-driven neprocess-driven process-driven negotiation, this paper introduces an interactive multi-target negotiation model to solve this problem. Furthermore, by analyzing the logical structure and information flow of negotiation, the Intelligent Negotiation System On-Line (INSOL) is proved to be convincible.
