Study on Dyeing Technology of M-aramid/viscose Fabric in Supercritical Carbon Dioxide

摘要
M-aramid/viscose fabric was dyed after pretreatment by low-temperature plasma (LTP) and polyethylene glycol 400(PEG-400). The properties of dyeing were investigated with different temperature, pressure and reaction time before and after pretreatment. The results showed that the K/S value increased remarkably after pretreatment. It can achieve the best dyeing effect at 110 degrees C, 25MPa and 60min. The supercritical carbon dioxide dyeing had no negative effect on flame retardance of m-aramid/viscose fiber, as the dry color crocking fastness was grade 4 and the wet color crocking fastness was grade 3, and the high temperature discoloration fastness was grade 4. The results show that the m-aramid/viscose fabric had good colour deepness and color fastness when dyed in supercritical CO2.
