摘要
Surgical treatment of Parkinson's disease including stereotactic thalamotomy, chronic deep brain electrical stimulation (DBS) of the internal segment of the globus pallidus and cell transplantation of autologous sympathetic ganglion was performed in 74, 30 and 40 patients with Parkinson's disease, respectively. Of 74 patients undergoing thalamotomy 88.5% of the patients showed complete disappearance of tremor. Patients receiving DBS therapy showed improvement of Parkinson syndrome such as drug-induced dyskinesia, muscle rigidity and akinesia. Of 40 patients undergoing sympathetic ganglion transplant 33.3% of the patients showed excellent outcome, 25.0% good and 41.7% showed poor outcome one year after transplantation. Combination of these surgical therapy and medical treatment results in the best treatment for Parkinson disease.
