摘要：
The first and foremost treatment recommendation for allergies is avoidance of allergens. Such advice is impossible to render without an intimate familiarity with the nature of common environmental allergens. Many kinds of indoor and outdoor allergens are recognized. But these allergens are mainly found in U.S.A. or Europe. Allergens which are important in in west-pacific area should be confirmed. As an example ramie pollen induced asthma is demonstrated. How to control these allergens are also important.
