Leakage fault diagnosis of hydraulic system based on wavelet analysis

摘要：
A kind of hydraulic system fault diagnosis method based on wavelet analysis has been introduced. The Wavelet transformation of pressure rising signal at oil inlet of hydraulic system has been made by selecting adequate wavelet function. Thus the maximum of the step rising process under the proper scale was detected and the characteristic of steep change of signal was obtained, which provided the quantitative foundation for hydraulic system leakage detection. The above method's validity has been conformed by experiments.
