摘要
This study presents synthesis of novel mono azo acid (MAA) dyes by diazotization of 3-(4-aminophenyl)-2-phenylquinazolin-4(3H)-one followed by coupling with naphthalene based acid components. All dyes gave moderate to very good fastness properties on each fiber. MAA showed good antifungal activity against Candida albicans.
