Research on innovation management mode of intermediary businesses in commercial banks based on the theory of value module

摘要
This article follows the principle of applying theories to the reality, mainly, using methods of standard analysis, system analysis and model analysis. And authors propose that the Chinese commercial banks should accelerate innovation of intermediary businesses and strengthen its innovation management. At the same time authors think that intermediary businesses have the characteristics of multiplicity and decomposability, and its innovation management pattern has the feasibility of utilizing module value theory. So authors manage to construct the modularization management mode of intermediary businesses innovation and its innovation team's integrated management organization and organizational structure system, and obtain the conclusion, which Chinese commercial banks can form the competitive advantage through the module dynamic combination of intermediary businesses, and promote its market strength in the market competition.
