摘要
Over the past decades, China's basic education basically achieved the transition from focusing on teacher to focusing on students, the transition from teaching organization of teachers to cooperative research between teachers and students as well as the transition from simple acceptance of knowledge to innovation ability cultivation. These changes can better adapt to the needs of talents in the new era, better meet the needs of China's educational development, and can integrate with the basic education reform of other countries excellently. With the vigorous development of basic education reform, the disconnection between basic education and normal universities education becomes increasingly apparent. Therefore, normal universities education must have a correct understanding on the relationship between basic education and normal universities, reposition objectives and responsibilities and make appropriate changes. In 2001, the Ministry of Education issued "Basic Education Curriculum Reform Outline (Trial)", and proposed clear objectives and requirements for the system, structure and content of basic education curriculum, marking that basic education reform entered a new stage. The main reason for this reform is that with the rapid development of domestic and international economy, competition among countries is strengthened, and as talents are the important resources and reliance for enhancing the competitiveness, education is the commanding height of national competition which determines the results of competition. Facing the new situation, education and curriculum reform become a necessity.
