摘要
In this paper, a signal-encoded Hadamard transform microscope fluorescence image was developed, Using this instrument, a Hadamard transform cell fluorescence image was obtained. The result shows the possibility of using the Hadamard transform multiplexed imaging technique to obtain a cell fluorescense image with one detector. (C) 1996 Academic Press, Inc.
