摘要
Soft magnetic composites (SMC) formed of metal powders are of interest to researchers and industry due to their good electrical, magnetic and mechanical properties. Additionally, these features can be customized to specific applications. An important benefit is also the flexibility in shaping complicated 3D magnetic circuits. The paper analyzes the effect of grain size of the soft magnetic composite materials for their magnetic properties using a simple phenomenological Takacs model. The experimental and model tests have shown a strong correlation between grain size and shapes of hysteresis loops.
