摘要
The frictional, magnetic and stable property of Fe8N magnetic lubrications prepared by plasma activation was investigated. The results show that friction coefficient of lubrications with different nanoparticles concentrations gradually decreased with prolong friction time, coefficient reaching minimum values at mass density is 1.188g/cm(3). However, anti-wear gradually decreased with increases particle concentrations. The main reason can be considered as formation of nano-particles protective film with low hardness and elastic modulus on worn surface. The size of spherical nanoparticle about is 15 nm and 62 emu/g of saturation magnetization. Suspension percentage of nanoparticles firstly slowly decreases then unchanged.
