摘要
High speed chuck is an important part of high speed machining tooling system, the performance of which directly affects the property and processing quality of advanced computer numerical control machine tools. In this study, ansys optimization analysis module is used to optimize chuck/tool model. The results show that structural optimization improves chuck/tool contact stress distribution and decreases the concentrated stress in hydraulic chuck cavity corner transition region and contact pressure peak. In addition, it also improves the reliability and stability of high speed hydraulic chuck.
