摘要：
This paper presents an overview of the Infrared Space Observatory (ISO) world-wide users community and gives a brief outline of the main services provided by the ISO Data Centre (IDC) of the European Space Agency (ESA) during the Active Archive Phase (AAP). A snapshot of the ISO Data Archive (IDA) users registration rate and distribution per country, the number of visitors at the ISO Data Centre during the past years and the ISO World Wide Web (WWW) server access statistics are given.
