摘要
The development of the Internet not only made shopping online possible, but it also brought tremendous changes to commodity exchanging environment, and consumer behavior. This article has analyzed the online merchandise exchanging environment, the types of online shopping and the characteristics of online consumers, together with the development of the Internet and it's influence on consumer behavior. The basic modes of online shopping and consumer information activities are also discussed.
