摘要
On the basis of a recurrent parent, the pure line of Novosibirskaya-67 common wheat (Triticum aestivum L. var. albidum), a series BC9 comprising 65 near-isogenic lines was obtained. This series includes lines marked by resistance to brown rust (Puccinia recondita Rob ex Desm) and powdery mildew (Erysiphe graminis D.S.), morphological traits, plant habitus, and the duration of developmental stages. The residual contamination with the donor genetic material was shown in some lines. To exclude the influence of genetic contamination, parallel isogenic lines (A, B, C), which carried the same marker from different donors, were included in the series. It was concluded that the phenotypic differences between parallel lines were due to contamination nonlinked with the marker, while uniform distinction from their recurrent parent was accounted for by the genetic marker.
