摘要
A semi-automatic procedure of simulation in conjunction with production planning of a manufacturing system is proposed in an attempt to describe the system flexibly in which a lot of kinds of detergent and bleach products are manufactured. First, the short-term production plan or master production schedule is obtained via sales forecasting and the long-term production planning as a form ofan external input file for executing a simulation. Then, the production manager can understand the Performance of the daily operations by conducting simulation under the production plans or their modified plans.
