The progress and analyze of ECG based on wavelet transforms

摘要
This paper is mainly about preprocessing and analyzing of ECG, all these ECG is from the MIT-BIH database which is recognized by international. And in this article, a method about the realization of wavelet transforms to filter the ECG will be introduced. BY using this method, the wavelet transforms decompounds the raw ECG signal into the different frequency bonds. According to ECG`s diffierent frequencies, filtering the original signal on different threshold, and then make the inverse wavelet transform of ECG, we will be able to achieve the elimination of major interference of ECG The wavelet transform is a comprehensive approach to filtering the ECG, especially for baseline drift in low frequency, which is not easy to achieve by using other methods. In addition, wavelet transform has high adaptability. Threshold method other than traditional filter can solve the problem of overlapping of noise and signals' frequency.
