摘要：
The development of green low carbon has been a high-light feature in the Twelfth Five-year Plan of China, CDM projects provide new fields and opportunities for China's minority regions to attract foreign investment, cover funding gaps of economic development and promote sustainable development. Based on the analysis of advantages and problems on attracting foreign investment through CDM projects in China's minority regions, suggestions are put forwarded that China's minority regions should take full advantage of CDM projects to attract foreign investment and promote sustainable development of economy.
