摘要
In this paper, we proposed a new call admission scheme in the macro-microcell overlaid cellular system To propose this scheme, the teletraffic flow matrix representing the state transition of calls is introduced In addition to this, the call admission policies for the new calls and the handoff requests are designed, and the admission procedures are showed. Also, we analyzed the system performance such as the blocking probability and the handoff failure probability according to the average dwell time in the cell.
