摘要
Forty six patients have been operated upon for coronary revascularization. Thirty eight underwent an aorta to coronary saphenous vein bypass. The operative mortality in this group was 5,2 %. Among the 33 survivals 13 had an excellent result with complete desappearance of their symptoms. The Authors advocate the aorta to coronary artery saphenous vein bypass as the procedure of choice for coronary revascularization.
