摘要
Graphene's ultrafast carrier response enables ultrafast device operation, but its thinness makes graphene devices large and energy consuming. Introducing plasmonic nanostructures overcomes this problem and makes it possible to develop ultrafast, energy-efficient all-optical switches. (C) 2021 The Author(s)
