摘要
Atmospheric self-radiation and solar-radiation absorption spectra are calculated in the millimeter wave band. The technique, algorithms, and computer program for calculating the radiation intensity are described. For winter conditions and midlatitudes, the observation time required for recording the chlorine monoxide spectral line with a center frequency of 204.4 GHz is estimated. Optimum zenith sounding angles are determined.
