摘要
Knowledge Workers are important components of core competitiveness of a company. Corporate knowledge creation, resource utilization and allocation, profit maximization and a series of goals depends on a knowledge-based talent. Because of the special nature of knowledge workers, the motivation of knowledge workers requires more than money, and their own growth and achievements are more important. Therefore, how to effectively motivate them is a big problem that managers need to consider. Based on the analysis of the characteristic of knowledge workers, this paper argues that spirit-based incentive is more important for knowledge workers, whereby some effective methods of motivating knowledge workers are promoted.
