LEISURE, SOCIETY AND SCHOOL: A REPORT OF EXPERIENCES IN PHYSICAL EDUCATION CLASSES

摘要
This paper aims to discuss the social rights of leisure and the time devoted to it in the daily lives of students, based on pedagogical experiences conducted in Physical Education classes for Elementary School, High School and Professional Education for Youth and Adults (PROEJA), in a Federal Educational Institution in Rio de Janeiro. The guiding question was: is it possible to dialogue with leisure at school so that students understand and value this practice in their daily lives? The subject was addressed in the first semester of 2019, with approximately 150 students, from ped agogical activities called: summer camp; presenting leisure in my neighbourhood; leisure and the interfaces with health and society. The results indicated that the active methodologies challenged students and teachers in search of cooperative pedagogical actions on the proposed content in the different stages of Basic Education. It concludes that the experiments carried out pointed ways to understand leisure, quality of life and reframed experiences within the school context, meeting the concern with the "unschooling" of Physical Education.
