摘要
Ultrasonic honing is a practical method of precision machining hole on hard-brittle material. Its effect is directly related to characteristics of acoustics system. Bending vibration disc of ultrasonic vibration system is one of key piece. In this paper, based on the mathematic model of the bending vibration disc, the vibration-shape function and calculation equation of all order natural frequencies are deducted. That contributes to optimize the geometry dimension of bending vibration disc.
