RETRACTED: Framework Construction of Traffic Environmental Monitoring and Early-Warning System (Retracted Article)

In order to establish the traffic environmental monitoring and early-warning system, which is the important groundwork for the environmental protection and traffic safety system, theories and methods of auto-monitoring and alarming were used in the paper. Firstly, the existing problems of traffic environmental monitoring and early-warning were analyzed in this paper, then the framework of traffic environmental monitoring and early-warning system was constructed, which was composed of four sub-systems: the foundation support system, the technical support system, the environmental management system and the public participation system. The establishment of traffic environmental monitoring and early-warning system can fully reflect the environmental quality and change trends, track timely the changes of pollution emission, as accurately as possible alarm and respond to all kinds of environmental emergencies in time, meet the needs of traffic environmental management and safety management.
