摘要
We study the resonant wavelength in plasmonic nanograting structures. Plasmonic nanograting devices can be used as sensors to detect the refractive indices of the surrounding dielectric media. We find that the increase in nanogroove depth will increase the sensitivity and the increase in nanogroove width has a little impact on the sensitivity. The numerical simulation results from FDTD method agree with the phase-matching condition for the surface plasmon waves.
