摘要：

With the development of rural tourism and the appearance of cooperatives, more and more rural tourism proprietors focus their management model on a new one called Rural Tourism Cooperatives. If the cooperatives can run well, the farmers who participate in the cooperatives may receive a growing economic interest. But in the rural areas, a lot of problems occur in the process of the development of the Rural Tourism Cooperatives.
