摘要
Coal production, processing, and blending are partly addressed by existing models for operations planning of mining enterprises. To this end, this article proposes a (mixed-integer) linear programming formulation for integrated planning of mining operations over time and with stochastic parameters. The model is applied in a rolling-horizon framework (which allows for corrective measures in response to unanticipated events) and with chance constraints (which render the model more robust to uncertainties). The robustness of the model was evaluated in a case study based on the actual operations of a real-world mining company.
