Facing COVID 19; the lifestyle and habits of individuals, family and social behavior of people have been abruptly affected. In Peru, the State of Sanitary Emergency was established and people were confined in targeted quarantine. FIS-UNCP students had to study remotely from wherever they were. Therefore, it is important to know what the Lifestyle adopted in the pandemic period has been. The population was 301 students, who were given virtually the Health Promoting Lifestyle Profile Questionnaire (HPLP I) by Nola Pender, contextualized to the problematic situation, considering the 48 items in 6 dimensions. The study showed that on average the lifestyle adopted is unhealthy, highlighting the dimensions of responsibility in health, exercise and stress management with 89.04%, 85.05% and 75.42% respectively. Only in the updating and nutrition dimensions have healthy styles been adopted with 71.43% and 60.80%. These results derived in action plans for the development of physical, relationship and eating behaviors of the students; which will improve their way of living.
